Lindy has worked extensively in the development sector and has over 25 years professional experience in strategic planning and management, evaluation oversight, organisational development, marketing and producing communication products, campaigns and strategies.
Susannah brings over 9 years of evaluation and research expertise to the team. Her consultancy experience has exposed her to a wide and diverse range of programmes within the Donor, NGO and Public Sectors.
She has experience working with South African local, provincial & national governments having undertaken numerous government evaluations since 2008. Her career exposure has consolidated and advanced her research, evaluation and project management skills and expertise.
She brings a sound theoretical background in social justice, gender, public health and development issues to the team.
Susannah holds a BA Humanities degree in Psychology and Sociology, an Honours degree in Sociology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation Methods all from the University of Stellenbosch. She additionally holds a Masters degree in Social Justice from the University of Cape Town.
Michaela has years of hands on experience in project management, including business strategies, creative input at the concept level, design, research and strategic implementation, sourcing, production, costing, distribution and legal aspects.
Michaela has an Honours degree in Business Studies from the University of Applied Sciences in Osnabrück, Germany and also studied at the University of Southern Indiana, USA.
Nuraan has developed strong financial and accounting skills over the past twenty years, including experience in the auditing sector.
Her main focus areas at CC&DW are invoicing, completing monthly management accounts, age analysis, statutory returns and preparation of monthly financial statements.
Nuraan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Western Cape.
Itumeleng has a background in capacity building, community mobilization, strategic planning, project management, report writing, training, volunteer coordination/management, youth development, HIV/AIDS programs, corporate social responsibility, proposal writing, workshop facilitation, fundraising and stakeholder management and coordination.
At CC&DW, her main duties are project planning and implementation, management. Along with the rest of the team, she will assist in training and other coordination responsibilities.
Itumeleng holds a degree in Political Science from University of Pretoria. Hold certificates in the following: Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management in the NGO Sector, Knowledge Management and Human Resources for Health. She intends on studying for her Masters in Public Health.
Fia has more than 18 years’ experience in the development sector, focusing mainly on monitoring and evaluation. She has worked in provincial and national government as well as international organisations.
Her current focus is on public sector evaluations, capacity building and relationship building in Gauteng.
She holds a Bachelors degree from North West University in Psychology and Sociology, Masters Certificates in Advanced Social Research Methodology and in Social Impact Assessment, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation Management.
Leanne has developed qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation skills including evaluation methodology, Theory of Change development and advanced statistical analysis over the past three years, including strong experience in developing and evaluating M&E systems for social programmes for both non-governmental and public sector clients.
Leanne holds a Master of Philosophy in Programme Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Cape Town, an Honours degree specialising in Psychology and is a member of the South African Monitoring and Evaluation Association.
Jenna has developed skills in monitoring and evaluating development projects, developing M&E systems, quantitative and qualitative research and analysis, desktop research, report writing, and programme implementation. She also has experience working on both national and regional projects.
Jenna holds a Masters in Programme Evaluation from the University of Cape Town, an Honours in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology and Organisation Psychology. She is also a member of the South African Monitoring and Evaluation Association (SAMEA).
Fatima worked as a research assistant and online editorial contributor for three years before joining CC&DW and considers herself a jack of most trades bringing analytical, digital content and research skills.
She has a Masters in Development Studies and is currently completing her Masters in Programme Evaluation.
Mkhululi was part of the City of Cape Town’s Urban Sustainability Internship Programme in 2015 and worked as a programme monitoring intern for the Economic Development Department at the City of Cape Town from February – December 2015.
At CC&DW, Mkhululi assists in qualitative and quantitative data collection and management, report writing, proposal writing, and workshop preparation.
He has a degree in Politics & Media, and writing from the University of Cape Town, an honours degree in Public Policy from the University of KwaZulu Natal, a Certificate in Public Sector M&E from University of Stellenbosch (School of Public Leadership), and is currently writing for his Masters of Philosophy in M&E methods from Stellenbosch University.
Sitho has worked as a programme assistant for development programmes including New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD) Planning and Coordinating Agency; NEPAD (Food & Nutrition Security Programme); NEPAD Business Foundation (Infrastructure Desk) and Health Metrics.
She is an emerging researcher and evaluator looking forward to strengthening her career path.
Sitho has a MPhil and a Postgraduate Diploma both in Monitoring and Evaluation from Stellenbosch University, a Bachelor of Arts and Honours Degree in Development Studies.
Stefania is a skilled art director with eight years experience in the field of communication and layout design. What distinguishes Stefania from other experts in her field is that she understands the need for nuanced designs that are contextually appropriate for the dissemination of information.

Vidushi has six years of communication experience, including four years of strong experience in the development sector. As a social entrepreneur, she has curated and executed various projects in India, South Africa and Bhutan.
Carmen has experience in finance, international recruitment, certification of documents and medical exams for the Cape Town High Court, and she previously worked for Dynamix Learning Solutions for two years.
She holds an Executive Secretarial Diploma and aims to soon complete her Paralegal Diploma.
