Our team members place great value on professional qualifications, practical experience, talent and on-going learning and regularly collaborate with carefully selected expert researchers, academics, freelancers, consultants and service providers who share our values and work with us on specific projects to add value to our clients. This enables us to seamlessly extend our team as required and to create highly specialised teams to work on specific projects, often of a large, complex nature.
For more than a decade, Creative Consulting & Development Works has also served as an incubator for emerging development practitioners by providing them with interesting and valuable internships in research, monitoring and evaluation, communications and project management. It has been fantastic to witness the young people who have interned with us build worthwhile careers. Some have found their niche within our doors, and many others have blossomed into great development practitioners both in South Africa and internationally.
